A dedicated Network solutions Engineer with comprehensive data and telecommunications experience spanning eleven(11) years. He serve as the Deployment and Implementation Lead at the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation. He holds a B.Eng.(Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sierra Leone and a MSc in Information Technology from University of Madras, India.

Pascal has vast experience in projects around information technology and telecommunications networks and has been technical lead or part of different teams driving such projects. He was part of the team that built the ECOWAN fibber optics backbone with all the Add Drop Multiplexer(ADM) sites and Network Operations Centre(NOC).The network spans from Freetown to Gendema in the South and Kambia in the north. He was also a part of the team that built the Quality of Service (QoS) software tool for NATCOM.

He has worked for reputable institutions including Comium SL, KN Networks, Slone Telecom, Socfin Agricultural company and the Sierra Leone Ports Authority in capacities ranging from Field Engineer to Management.

He enjoys initiating and closing projects in record time and in his free time plays and watch sports. He loves the green scenery in the rural areas and spends weekends in his home town of Serabu with his people.
