Glenna works as a Data Engineer at the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation. She holds a First Class Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Njala University, University of Sierra Leone.

She previously worked at Guaranty Trust Bank Sierra Leone as the Database Administrator, where she was responsible for managing and administering the core banking application and database.

She is highly trained in data collection, analysis and organization as well as performing related IT functions.

Prior to her employment she did 8 months internship at GTBank SL where she gained immense experience in managing projects, hardware, E-Channel, software development and deployment, workflow and document management system and corporate strategy. She also served as Hardware Support Technician, Desktop Support Assistant and a member of the Software Development and Applications Support Unit within the IT department.

Glenna is also a gospel singer and song writer.
