David works as a Policy Analyst at DSTI. He holds a Juris Doctorate and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Pratice from the University of Newcastle in Australia.

David’s work in the Policy Team involves the review of existing policies and advise on whether they align with the national development agenda and the research and drafting of new policies that regulate interactions between and within government agencies, as well as the review of agreements and contracts in order to provide advice on what DSTI is commiting to, and the drafting of Memorandum of Understandings to guide the relationship between DSTI and its partners.

An Austrialian Legal Practitioner, he also served as a U.S Marine for four years.
